Brief facts of the case are that the Haryana Staff Selection Commission issued an advertisement No.6/2024 for recruitment to the posts of Constables in the year 2024. The petitioner applied in pursuance to the above said advertisement and was enrolled on the post of Constable on 09.12.2024.
