(Oral) The present first petition has been filed under Section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 for grant of pre-arrest bail to the petitioner in case bearing FIR No.187 dated 21.04.2026 registered under Sections 305, 331(4) and 112 Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 at Police Station City Bhiwani, District Bhiwani. 2. The FIR in the present case has been registered on the complaint of one Sunil Kumari wife of late Sh. Surender Kumar resident Krishna Colony, Bhiwani, wherein she had averred that, she was out on the intervening night of 20/21.04.2026 and on coming back on 21.04.2026, she found that all the things in her house were scattered. On verification, it transpired that certain thieves had broken the lock of the house and stole the gold articles and silver ornaments including 14 tolas of gold, silver anklets,
