(483 of BNSS, 2023) for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case FIR No. 272, dated 09.07.2025 under Sections 15-C, 27-A and 29 of NDPS Act, 1985, Police Station Pundri District Kaithal. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case. It is further submitted that the petitioner was arrayed as an accused in the instant FIR solely on the basis of the disclosure statement made by co-accused Harwinder Singh. He further submits that no recovery whatsoever has been effected from the present petitioner.
