Petitioner – Akashdeep Singh, has filed the instant petition under Section 482 of the BNSS, 2023 (erstwhile Section 438 Cr.P.C.), seeking grant of anticipatory bail in case FIR No.105, dated 17.12.2024, under Sections 103(1), 109, 61(2), 62, 190, 191(3), 351(2) of BNS 2023 [offence under Sections 117(2), 118(1) of BNS, 2023 added later on], & Section 25, 27 of Arms Act, 1959 (earlier Sections 120-B, 511, 302, 307, 325, 324, 149, 156, 506 of IPC), registered at P.S. Chohla Sahib, District Tarn Taran. 2.
