(ORAL) The instant petition was instituted in this Court on 20.01.2026. The petition was scrutinized by the Registry and certain objections were raised, but the learned counsel did not take steps to remove the said objections during the prescribed period of 40 days, as prescribed in Rule-9 Chapter-1, Part-A, Volume-V of Punjab and Haryana High Court Rules & Orders. Even after the publication of the note on the official website of this Court requesting the Advocate to collect the instant case for re-filing after removal of objections, the case was though re-filed, but the needful was still not done. The Registry has consequently listed the matter before this Court “under INCOMPLETE category” seeking appropriate orders. Even today there is no representation on behalf of the petitioners.
