The petitioner through instant petition under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India is seeking direction to respondent to adjudicate show cause notice dated 02.07.2025 (Annexure P-19). It is further seeking direction to respondent not to take any coercive steps including stoppage of referrals. It is also seeking direction to respondent to consider it for fresh empanelment. 2. This is third round of litigation. The petitioner-hospital vide memorandum dated 05.03.2020 was empanelled under Ex-Servicemen Contributory Health Scheme (for short ‘ECHS’). The respondent vide order dated 10.09.2020 on the basis of complaints stopped referrals to the petitioner-hospital. It vide orders dated 18.06.2021 and 23.06.2021 was de-empanelled.
