The present petition has been filed under Section 528 BNSS for quashing of DDR No.31 dated 17.10.2023, registered under Sections 365/379/323/148/149 of IPC, (Section 325 of IPC added later on and Sections 365 and 379 of IPC deleted later on) at Police Station Amir Khas, District Fazilka (Annexure P-2) in FIR No. 44, dated 19.07.2023, registered under Sections 323, 148, 149 of IPC, (offence under Section 307 of IPC added later on, Sections 148 and 149 of IPC deleted, Section 34 and 325 of IPC added later on) at Police Station Amir Khas, District Fazilka and all the subsequent proceedings arising therefrom, on the basis of compromise (Annexure P-3). 2. This Court vide order dated 07.08.2025 had directed the parties to appear before the trial Court to
