This petition has been filed under Section 528 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (Section 482, Cr.P.C, 1973) for quashing of the impugned order dated 24.02.2026 (Annexure P-14) passed by Learned Judge Special Court, Kapurthala in case NDPS-109-2024 arising out of FIR No.165 dated 06.07.2023 under Sections 21 & 29, NDPS Act, 1985, P.S- Kotwali Kapurthala, District-Kapurthala, whereby the bail of the petitioner was cancelled and he was summoned through non-bailable warrants of arrest. 2.
