Prayer in the present petition filed under Section 483 BNSS is for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.149 (Annexure P-1) dated 27.09.2025 under Sections 191(3), 190, 115(2), 121(1), 132, 221, 109(1) and 324 of BNS, 2023, corresponding Sections 148, 149, 323, 332, 353, 186, 307 and 425 of Indian Penal Code 1860; Section 25 of Arms Act, 1959 and Section 3 of Prevention of Damage to Public Property Act, 1984, registered at police station Bichhore, District Nuh. 2. Learned counsel submits that the petitioner has been in custody for the last 07 months and 13 days. As per the allegations, the petitioner pelted stones at the police party while the allegation of firing gunshots was against accused Azad.
