Learned State counsel submits that in compliance of the above referred to order, affidavit dated 04.04.2026 of respondent No. 1 has been filed. The same is taken on record. Registry is directed to tag the same at an appropriate place. 3. A perusal of the affidavit shows that order dated 25.05.2025 passed by Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in CRM-M-36819-2023 has been duly complied with. 4.
