(Oral) The instant petition has been filed under Section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case bearing FIR No.310 dated 30.11.2025 registered under Sections 21(c) and 29 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 at Police Station Anti-Narcotics Force (ANTF), District SAS Nagar (Mohali). 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner inter alia contends that pursuant to the order dated 03.02.2026 passed by this Court, the petitioner has joined investigation and his custodial interrogation is no longer required for investigation of the case. 3. Learned State counsel on instructions, corroborates the said averment and submits that the custodial interrogation of the petitioner is not required for the purpose of investigation. 4.
