This is Ist petition filed under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita 2023 (for short-‘BNSS’) seeking grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.102, dated 11.05.2025, registered under Sections 118(1), 115(2), 49 of BNS, 2023 (Section 238 BNS added later on) registered at Police Station Canal Colony Bathinda, District Bathinda. 2. Brief facts of the case are that the petitioner had caused injuries on the person of the complainant. Hence the present FIR. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case.
