This Appeal arises out of an order dated 19.02.2026 passed by the learned Single Bench, whereby the claim of the appellant for relaxation in maximum age for applying for the post has been declined. 2. Learned Single Bench has noticed that in terms of the concerned Rules and the advertisement, the maximum age is 42 years whereas age of the appellant is above 43 years. 3. Learned counsel for the appellant submits that because the appellant had already got himself registered in the Employment Exchange, as such, he is entitled to age relaxation.
