This is a petition for anticipatory bail filed under Section 482 of the Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (corresponding Section 438 of Cr.P.C) in case FIR No.25 dated 15.01.2026 under Sections 316(2) and 318(4) of BNS (erstwhile Sections 406 & 420 IPC), registered at Police Station Karnal City, District Karnal. 2.
