After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the present revision petition with liberty to the petitioner to move an application under Order 6 Rule 17 CPC before the trial Court. 3. In view of the above, the present revision petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid. 4.
