Learned counsel for the petitioners inter alia contends that petitioner No.2 is a minor who has been subjected to persistent threats, coercion and physical assault at the hands of her parents and relatives, who are compelling her to marry a boy of their choice. He contends that petitioner No.2 is unwilling to enter into such marriage. In view of the assault and harassment meted out to her at her parental home, she was constrained to run away and presently both the petitioners are running from place to place to save their lives.
