Instant petition, under Section 528 of the BNSS, 2023 (earlier Section 482 Cr.P.C.), has been filed for quashing of the order dated 15.01.2026 (Annexure P-4), passed by Ld. Additional Sessions Judge, Hisar, whereby after cancelling the bail of the petitioner, warrants of arrest have been issued against him, in case SC/18 of 2020, titled as, “State v. Ajay @ Aman etc.”,on account of his non-appearance in the following FIR:- FIR Date Section(s) Police District No. Station 125 10.06.2019 S. 307, 34 of IPC Adampur Hisar [corresponding S. 109, 3(5) of BNS, 2023] and S. 25 of Arms Act, 1959 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that after being released on regular bail by this Court vide order dated 18.09.2020 (P-2), the petitioner had been regularly attending the trial Court proceedings and was never absent, except on 15.01.2026, as he ha
