The present petition has been filed by the petitioner alleging wilful disobedience/ non-compliance of the directions contained in the order dated 16.08.2023 passed by this Court in CONT.CAS(C) 483/2022. The said order records the understanding/ settlement arrived at between the parties during the course of the said proceedings. 2. Learned senior counsel for the petitioner submits that despite the petitioner having adhered to all the terms of the understanding/settlement arrived at between the parties, the respondent has acted in wilful disobedience thereof.
