(Oral) It has been contended by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner, who was declared a proclaimed offender, has already been surrendered before the learned trial Court and his application for bail is fixed tomorrow for hearing. 2. A perusal of record shows that the offence, allegedly committed by the petitioner, i.e. the offence under Sections 420 and 120-B of Indian Penal Code, is compoundable offence. 3. In view of above, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this petition with liberty to approach the learned trial Court for compounding of offence. Permitted to do so. 4.
