This is the third petition filed by the petitioner for grant of regular bail to him in case FIR No.147 dated 21.08.2024, under Sections 21(c), 61 and 85 of the NDPS Act, registered at Police Station Pinangwa, District Nuh, Haryana. 2. Earlier second petition bearing No.CRM-M-71857-2025 filed by the petitioner for grant of regular bail was dismissed as not pressed on 25.02.2026. Now the present petition has been filed by the petitioner with the similar prayer just after about 2½ months. 3. This Court does not find any change in circumstances which would entitle the petitioner for the grant of regular bail. Hence, the present petition is dismissed at this stage.
