This petition has been filed under Section 528 BNSS, for quashing of DDR/GD No.30 dated 29.03.2023, under Sections 323/148/149 of IPC 1860 (115(2)/191(3)/190 of BNS 2023, Police Station Balianwali, District Bathinda, registered as cross case in FIR No.23 dated 29.03.2023, under Sections 323/148/149/325 of IPC (Sections 115(2)/ 191(3)/190/117(2) of BNS 2023), registered at Police Station Balian Wali District Bathinda, on the basis of compromise dated 09.03.2026, Annexure P-3. 2. This Court while issuing notice of motion vide order dated 24.03.2026, directed the parties to appear before the trial Court/Illaqa Magistrate for recording their statements with regard to the compromise.
