Learned State counsel on instructions from Mr. Jatinder Singh Dhillon, BDPO, Nabha, states that the concerned BDPO has already recommended action against respondents No.5 to 7, and in all probabilies, the aforesaid proceedings would be taken to its logical end within a period of two months from today, after affording due opportunity of hearing to all the concerned parties, in accordance with law.
