Present petition has been filed under Section 483 of BNSS, seeking regular bail in case FIR No. 115 dated 30.04.2025, under Sectoni 21-C of NDPS Act, registered at Police Station ANTF (STF), District SAS Nagar Mohali. 2. Present petition was listed for hearing on 30.04.2026. On the request of learned counsel for the petitioner, matter was adjourned to today. However, today, none has put in appearance on behalf of the petitioner to assist the Court. 3. Be that as it may, as per the allegations in the FIR registered on 30.04.2025, petitioner, namely Agyapal Singh @ Agya, along with co-accused Akashdeep @ Billa, was apprehended while travelling on a motorcycle bearing registration No. PB-06-AT-2121. Upon search, 267 grams of heroin was recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner, whereas 275 grams of heroin was recovered
