This petition has been filed under Section 528 of BNSS (482 of CrPC) for calling the status report as that action has been taken by the respondents in FIR No. 438 dated 04.07.2025 under Section 140(3) of BNS, 2023 (under Section 365 IPC, 1860) registered at Police Station Chandnibagh, District Panipat, Haryana. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are aggrieved by the investigation conducted by respondent No. 4, as no arrest has been made by the Investigating Officer till date and the matter is still pending investigation. 3.
