Learned counsel for the Commission, appearing on advance notice, pointed out that the petitioner’s candidature for the post in question was rejected vide communication dated 25.04.2026, on the ground that BC-B category certificate submitted by her was not in terms of stipulations contained in the advertisement, nor was it for the relevant financial year 2024-25.
