In the present writ petition, the petitioner is praying for issuance of a writ in the nature of Certiorari for quashing the order dated 11.01.2023 (Annexure P-3), passed by respondent No.3, vide which the petitioner was ordered to retire prematurely from service w.e.f. 16.04.2023. 2. A perusal of the records of this case would show that vide order dated 12.04.2023 passed by this Court, the operation of the impugned order dated 11.01.2023 (Annexure P-3) was stayed. It transpires that in view of the said interim order, the petitioner continued in service. 3. It has been brought to the notice of this Court by learned counsel appearing for the petitioner that the petitioner has retired on attaining the age of superannuation on 30.04.2026. 4.
