Learned counsel for the petitioner(s) inter alia contends that pursuant to the order dated 02.02.2026 passed by this Court, the petitioner(s) has joined investigation and his custodial interrogation is no longer required for investigation of the case. 3. Learned State counsel on instruction from the Investigating Officer, corroborates the said averment and submits that further custodial interrogation of the petitioner is not required for the purpose of investigation.
