The petitioner through instant petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India is seeking setting aside of order dated 21.04.2026 whereby respondent No.1-State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, Chandigarh (for short ‘State Commission’) has dismissed his appeal as barred by limitation. He is further seeking direction to respondent No.1 to hear and decide FA No.74 of 2026 together with Review Application No.08 of 2026. He is also seeking stay of operation of order dated 21.04.2026. 2.
