The present petition has been filed under Section 528 of BNSS, 2023 for quashing of FIR No. 47 dated 15.03.2025 under Sections 115, 126, 3(5), 351(3) and 117(2) of BNS, 2023 which was added later registered at Police Station, Dujana, District Jhajjar and all the subsequent proceedings arising therefrom, on the basis of compromise. 2. This Court vide order dated 27.01.2026 had directed the parties to appear before the trial Court to get their statements recorded and the learned Magistrate was directed to send its report qua the genuineness of the compromise. 3.
