The claim petition was filed under Section 166 of the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988 by the claimants seeking compensation on account of death of Anil Kumar. Present petitioner was arraigned as respondent No.2. One Jiaudin-the special power of attorney holder of respondent No.2 was arraigned as respondent No.3. Jiaudin contested the claim petition.
