The petitioners have filed the present writ petition inter alia challenging the show cause notice dated 11.06.2024 (Annexure P-25) and the order dated 07.11.2024 (Annexure P-27) passed by the respondent whereby the account of the petitioners has been declared as fraud. 2. Learned senior counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners has contended that the show cause notice dated 11.06.2024 (Annexure P-25) and the order dated 07.11.2024 (Annexure P-27) are both based on the forensic audit report which was never supplied to the petitioners.
