This Criminal Writ Petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a writ, order or direction especially in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents no. 1 to 3 to protect the life, liberty and dignity of the petitioners from the hands of the respondents no. 4 to 8 with a further prayer that this Hon'ble High Court may kindly direct the respondents No. 4 to 8 not to harass or interfere in the peaceful life of the Petitioners and not to intrude into the privacy of the petitioners by raiding their house time and again. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioner No.1 has been in a live in relationship with petitioner No.2. The private respondents have been extending threats of dire consequences to the petitioners as they are averse to their live in relationship. While drawing the attenti
