The present petition has been filed under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 for quashing of FIR No. 236 dated 29.05.2022 registered under Sections 420 and 120-B of IPC, Sections 3A, 3(3), 29, 23, 18 of the Pre-Natal Diagnostic Techniques (Regulation and Prevention of Misuse) Act, 1994, at Police Station Yamuna Nagar Sadar, District Yamunanagar. 2. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is the husband of the co-accused upon whom the alleged sex determination test was conducted and the only allegation against him is that he was found present at the spot.
