Heard Shri Pranjal Shukla, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Chief Standing counsel by the respondent. 2. By means of the instant petition, the petitioner is challenging the order dated 14.02.2025 passed by the Deputy Commissioner, Raibareli, Sector- 1, Lucknow , State Tax, Uttar Pradesh. The same was challenged in an appeal before the respondent no.3 and the appeal is also dismissed by means of the order dated 05.08.2025. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that a show cause notice dated 16.11.2024 and reminder dated 18.01.2025 was issued to the petitioner. It is further submitted that the notice was not served as it was uploaded under the 'Additional Notices and Orders' tabs which as per the petitioner was not authorized. But the order came to be passed on 14.02.2025
