The petitioner has filed the present writ petition being aggrieved by the order dated 17.11.2025 passed by the District Magistrate, Mirzapur- respondent no.4 by means of which the petitioner has been saddled with the liability of Rs. 72,51,328/- under the provisions of U.P. Minerals (Prevention of Illegal Mining Transport and Storage ) Rules, 2018 and the order dated 12.02.2026 by means of which the revision of the petitioner has been rejected. 3. The contention of the petitioner is that the petitioner was awarded license for storage of sand stone and boulders for a period from 11.05.2025 to 10.05.2028.
