Heard Shri Surendra Pal, the petitioner appearing in person, although he had earlier engaged Shri Shiv Shanker Pal, who is also sitting in Court and learned Standing Counsel for the State-respondents. 2. This petition is directed against the orders dated 01.02.2024 and 23.09.2025. By the first order, the application filed by the present petitioner being defendant in proceedings under Section 144 of Uttar Pradesh Revenue Code, 2006, under Order VII Rule 11 of C.P.C. has been rejected and by the second order, the order of first authority has been affirmed by the revisional court. 3. The petitioner submits that the suit was filed without any basis, the plaintiff has no title to the property, in consolidation operations the name of the petitioner was recorded, suit is barred by limitation, it is also hit by the bar under Section 49 of Uttar Pradesh Consolidation of Holdings Act, 1953 and t
