The petitioner has preferred present writ petition inter-alia with the following prayer :- "(i) issue an order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent no.2 to consider and decide the Case No.01704 of 2019 (Computer Case No. T201911730501704 (Mejar Ali versus Islam and others) under section 144 of the U.P. Revenue code within the stipulated period fixed by this Hon'ble Court and further direct the party to maintain status quo till disposal of the case at the earliest within the stipulated period fixed by this Hon'ble Court." 3. In view of the order proposed to be passed herein, no useful purpose would be served by putting the respondent/respondents to notice and keeping this petition pending before this Court. However, in case the respondent/respondents feels aggrieved by the order his/her right to seek modification/variation
