Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel appearing for State-respondent Nos. 1 to 3 and Sri Arun Kumar Pandey, learned counsel for respondent No.4. 2. Against the order dated 20.1.2026, statutory appeal as provided under Section 67(5) of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 was preferred by the petitioner before the respondent no.2, in which next date i.e. 25.2.2026 was fixed. It is argued that alongwith aforesaid appeal, an application for grant of interim protection was also filed, but till date no decision has been taken. 3. On the other hand, it is argued by the learned Standing Counsel that respondent no.2/authority before whom aforesaid appeal is pending, be directed to pass appropriate order on the stay application filed by the petitioner in the appeal. 4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the writ petition is disposed of with the direction
