In view of the order proposed to be passed herein, no useful purpose would be served by putting the opposite parties to notice and keeping this petition pending before this Court. However, in case the opposite parties feel aggrieved by the order their right to seek modification/variation of the order is being kept reserved. 3. The basic relief sought by the petitioner in the present petition is to direct the respondent No.2/Tehsildar-Mugalsarai (Pandit Deen Dayal Upadhyay Nagar), District Chandauli to decide the proceedings of Case No.24669 of 2025 (Computerized Case No.C202514180424669) (Mishri Chauhan vs. Report Lekhpal) under Section 67 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 expeditiously. 4. The matter is pending before the Court below since long and considerable time has already been lapsed but till date no final decision has been taken
