The petitioner has challenged the order dated 10.10.2025 whereby the Presiding Officer of the Labour Court has rejected the application 15-D by observing that the said application is an adjournment application and employer i.e. the petitioner, is not interested in adducing evidence. By the same order, the employer-petitioner was given one more chance to adduce evidence. 4. Irrespective of the aspect relating to adducing of evidence, the Court is confining its adjudication to contents of application 15-D which was rejected on 10.10.2025. 5.
