Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 2.The present writ petition has been filed for the following relief: "I. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent authorities specially the respondent no.2/Additional Commissioner Judicial(First), Varanasi Division, Varanasi to decide and conclude the stay application of the appellant/petitioner filed in appeal no. C202514000004482) (Ashok Kumar Tiwari vs. Ramashankar and others) under Section 24(4) of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006." 3. In view of the order proposed to be passed herein, no useful purpose would be served by putting the opposite parties to notice and keeping this petition pending before this Court. However, in case the opposite parties feel aggrieved by the order their rights to seek modification/variation of the order are being kept reserved. 4. The matter is pend
