The basic relief sought by the petitioner in the present writ petition is to direct the respondent No.2/Sub Divisional Magistrate, Tehsil- Machhalishahar (Judicial), Varanasi Mandal, District Jaunpur to decide Case No11067 of 2024, Computerized Case No.T202414360311067 under Section 24 of U.P.
