The basic relief sought by the petitioner/petitioners in the present petition is to direct the respondent No.3/Sub Divisional Magistrate, Mariahu, District Jaunpur to decide Suit no. T201814360606224 (old Suit No. Suit No. 182 of 1988) filed for declaration under section 229-B, U.P.Z.A. & L.R. Act, 1950 expeditiously. 4. The matter is pending before the respondent No.3 since last and considerable time has already been lapsed but till date no final decision has been taken in the matter. 5.
