The basic relief sought by the petitioner in the present petition is to direct the respondent concerned to decide Appeal No.1108/A/2025 (Computer Case No.C202515000002866) (Diraj Vs. Binda Devi and others) filed under Section 24(4) of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 expeditiously. 4. The matter is pending before the Court below since long and considerable time has already been lapsed but till date no final decision has been taken in the matter. 5.
