The basic relief sought by the petitioners in the present petition is to direct the respondent No.2/Additional Commissioner, Prayagraj Mandal, Prayagraj to decide the Appeal No. 388/2022 (Balram Singh vs. Mohammad Farook and others) filed under Section 38(4) of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 expeditiously. 4.
