The only prayer made by the counsel for the petitioner to direct the Respondent No.2 namely Tehsildar, Tehsil Machhalishahar, District Jaunpur to decide the restoration application dated 29.03.2025 as well as stay application of the petitioner pending in the Case No.9751 of 2024 (Computerized Case No.T202414360309751), Report Lekhpal Vs. Ramchandra Yadav) under Section 67 of Uttar Pradesh Revenue Code, 2006 within stipulated period. 2. Facts in brief as contained in the writ petition are that in the proceedings initiated under Section 67 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 in Case No.9751 of 2024 an order of eviction and damages has been passed by the Respondent No.2 vide order dated 15.02.2025. 3. Aforesaid order was passed in an exparty manner and application has been filed along-with an application for interim protection. Since no decision has been taken, the petitioner has peferred the present
