In the appeal filed by the petitioners being Appeal No.C201812000001736 under sub Section (3) of Section 331 of the U.P.Z.A. & L.R. Act, 1950, an order of status quo was passed by the Additional Commissioner (Administration), Bareilly Division, Bareilly on 15.05.2025. Thereafter the matter was listed on various occasions but the aforesaid order was not extended, hence the application for the extension of the aforesaid interim order was filed by the petitioner on 02.01.2026. 2. The only prayer has been made to direct the Additional Commissioner (Administration), Bareilly Division, Bareilly to decide the aforesaid application, expeditiously. 3. Heard counsel for the petitioners and perused the record. 4. In the facts and circumstances of the case and also in the interest of justice, the present writ petition is disposed of finally directing the Additional Commissioner (Administration), Bareilly Division
