The basic relief sought by the petitioners in the present writ petition is to direct the Respondent No.2 i.e., Tehsildar, Tehsil Sikandarpur, District Ballia to decide the Case No.3591 of 2024, Computerized Case No.T202415090203591 (Baccha and Rajendra vs. Munni Devi) under Section 34/35 of U.P.
