The writ petition in question has been filed with the prayer to direct the Respondent Nos.2 namely Sub Divisional Magistrate, Tehsil Sadar, District Varanasi & Respondent No.3 namely Tehsildar, Tehsil Sadar, District Varanasi to decide the representation of the petitioner dated 12.10.2025, copy of which is appended as Annexure-5 to the writ petition. 2. From perusal of the aforesaid it transpires that the aforesaid application has been filed for the purpose of mutation. 3.
