The only prayer made by the petitioner in the present writ petition is to direct the Respondent No.2 namely Tehsildar (Judicial), Tehsil Sadar, District Azamgarh to decide the Restoration / Recall Application dated 04.07.2023 in Case No.8134 of 2017, Computerized Case No.T201715060108134 (Lalchand Vs. Valedeen) under Section 34/35 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, within stipulated period. 4. Heard counsel for the parties. 5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the issue, the present writ petition is disposed of finally with a direction to the Respondent No.2 namely Tehsildar (Judicial), Tehsil Sadar, District Azamgarh, to decide the aforesaid application in accordance with law expeditiously and p
